Interviews usually consist of generic questions looking to get an overview of your career history and your personality, and then questions which look to specifically explore your ability to do the position. Some of the more common and generic interview questions include:

- Why did you apply for this position/company?
- What are your weaknesses/areas for improvement?
- Where do you see yourself in X years time?
- Why did you leave your last position?
