General Interview Tips
- Dress well, consider the culture of the company, tending towards formality if unsure, be comfortable and feel confident in what you wear.
- Plan your journey, allowing plenty of time to ensure punctuality.
- Your research will have generated questions, plan to ask 3 to 5 at the end of the interview, ensuring they are important, and reflect your understanding of the role and the marketplace.
- Think positively, there is no need to be stressed, show your skills and personality to advantage.
- If you are not offered the role, there are many possible reasons, do not be discouraged, look forward to the next one.
- Avoid criticism of current or previous employers.
